Place the items in their original packaging with all Walusha tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and unwashed.

Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely fix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
